Easter, Horses, Commodities!

Hi! Today’s update features our first seasonal event for Easter! Plant Easter Eggs and get some nifty rewards such as the Easter Bunny or bunny heads!

We’re also adding lots of new items as usual, such as Horses, the Sprinklers that will help with watering, or the Points of Interest which will help you quickly move around big farms!

New features

• Easter event: Plant Easter Eggs and unlock new customization items and decorations for your farm!
• New items:
  • Point of Interest, that allows you to quickly get to other points in your farm.
  • Sprinklers that will keep adjacent tiles watered.
  • Horses: Holsteiner, Appaloosa
  • Walnut Tree
  • Mushroom
  • Leek
  • Tomato
  • 3 kites in the Fences section.
  • New flags: Bahrein, Bangladesh
• New customization items:
  • Flower hairband
  • Army backpack

Improvements

• Added a key to quickly open the Quest Log (defaults to L).
• You will now move faster on roads.
• Items required for Quests will now have an icon on the Shop.

Gameplay changes

• Reduced item level harvest bonus.

Bugfixes

• Fixed heat wave effect being shown briefly after joining a farm.
• Improved file load handling, it should prevent loading issues related with Steam Cloud when it’s disabled.
• Fixed error message not being shown when there’s an error loading the farm.
• Fixed getting stuck when placing the Stable.
