Will there be an online Avatar Tennis down the road so we can play online with other gamers?

Will this have online in the future because right now I’m not really interested?

  • WaaghMan says:

Online version would be made as an update, not as a sequel. It would be a different case from White Noise, since no new maps or characters would be needed.

The reason it doesn’t feature online right now is because development of the main game proved to be more challenging (time consuming) than expected, so we had to cut some features.

But if the game reaches a decent sales amount within the next month (around 6,000-8,000 sales), we’ll add an online mode for free :).

The code for Avatar Tennis can not be used yet into the other games. When is the update coming out to fix this?

    • WaaghMan says:

The updates for Avatar Farm Online and White Noise Online with Avatar Tennis featured content are undergoing certification right now, please be patient :).

I bought it. Not sure that I love it, but I did make the leap.

    Two things…

The Practice mode that can be played during the demo is ridiculously hard. It was enough to make me almost not buy the game. I couldn’t score a point in Singles mode and I think I eventually scored one in Doubles mode thanks to my computer partner. After buying the game, I was relieved to find that you could play against some easier competition and work your way up against tougher opponents in Career mode.

Secondly, you really need to add a Help/Controls option during in-game play. Again, during the demo, I wanted to know what the other buttons did and I only had the option to Resume or Exit.

Thanks for the suggestions Fester, we’ll lower the difficulty for exhibition matches in a future update, and try to add a controls screen or something like that on the pause menu.
